Day 1: Exploring Cochin
Begin your journey with a pickup from Cochin and on arrival Check in to the hotel Freshenup and head to Fort Kochi and Mattancherry Palace to immerse yourself in the city’s rich history and colonial architecture. Enjoy a delicious lunch in Cochin. In the evening, embark on a scenic sunset cruise in Marine Drive to take in the beautiful views. Conclude the day with a delightful dinner in Cochin.
Day 2: Cochin to Alleppey
Depart from Cochin and travel to Alleppey, where you'll check into a traditional houseboat. After settling in, enjoy a leisurely lunch onboard. Spend the afternoon cruising through the picturesque backwaters and exploring nearby villages. In the evening, embark on a sunset cruise to witness the stunning scenery. Dinner will be served on the houseboat as you relax and enjoy the serene surroundings.
Day 3: Alleppey to Varkala
Check out from the houseboat and drive to Varkala, a coastal town known for its beautiful beaches. Have lunch upon arrival in Varkala and then visit Varkala Beach and Papanasam Beach for some relaxation and coastal views. Explore the Janardanaswami Temple to experience its cultural and spiritual significance. Check into your hotel in Varkala and spend the evening at leisure.
Day 4: Discovering Varkala
Start the day with a visit to the Jatayu Earth Centre, exploring the impressive sculpture and the park’s scenic views. Enjoy lunch and then head to the Mangrove Forest, Kerala's first mangrove trail, for a unique ecological experience. Return to your hotel for some relaxation time. End the day with a sunset view at Varkala Cliff, taking in the breathtaking coastal scenery.
Day 5: Return to Cochin
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and optionally visit Anjengo Fort and Lighthouse if time permits. Have lunch in Varkala before departing for Cochin. Arrive in Cochin by the Evening for a drop-off at the airport, railway station, or hotel, concluding your trip.
